This registration allows landlords, property managers, and tenants to record and verify access fobs used at The Kirk.
The Owners Corporation encourages all landlords and letting agents to register their tenants’ fobs through this system. Doing so ensures that each fob is linked to an identified, verified holder and that access is properly audited. This process prevents former owners, tenants or agents from retaining access to the building after moving out, maintaining safety and compliance with the Owners Corporation’s duty to manage common property securely.
If fob registration details are not maintained or updated, the Owners Corporation will assume that the fob remains registered to the owner by default. In such cases, the owner will be held responsible for how that fob is used.
Each year, tenants will receive an email asking them to confirm that they still hold the fobs registered to them.
